An Exceptional Stay
We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Guwahati. The overall experience was fantastic, from the location to the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Although we had a small request to cut a birthday cake near the pool, which was declined, the customer relations could improve. Despite this, we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional experience.

Guests can quickly reach the airport terminal due to its close proximity. the hotel's rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff provides prompt service and is friendly to guests.
The hotel can suffer from noise disturbances when there are events being held on adjacent wings, which can detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Great pool and garden, convenient location the pool and garden were fantastic, offering a great place to relax and soak up some sun. the location was also ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed recommendations.
We had some issues with the staff not being very accommodating, and we were also kept up late into the night by noisy guests.
